 Rojo Alicante is a red coloured marble, with fine grain and variable light reddish tones. It may present some occasional white veinage and few fossils remains. In terms of hardness, its a medium hard natural stone.

General Usage for Rojo Alicante marble
It is mainly used for flooring, cladding, kitchen counters and table tops. It looks best when it is glossy however honed, flamed and river-washed finishes are also available. Available in both slabs and tiles. This stone is used worldwide in a number of large projects.
Care of marble
marble is porous and should be cleaned with a neutral cleaner or mild detergent, with all spills immediately blotted. Food surfaces should be sealed every two years to prevent bacteria growth.
